We have a large experience in leading evaluations and learning exercises in America, Africa, Europe and Asia, ensuring that our recommendations are relevant, practical and feasible to adequately support the effectiveness and accountability of our clients. Our team utilizes an inclusive and empirically proven methodology to collect, analyse and validate data that ensures a direct relation with programmatic objectives and indicators through an Indicator Tracking Table (ITT) and provides a well-balanced quantitative and qualitative data analysis and triangulation mechanism to ensure evidence based recommendations. This methodological approach is reflected in a review matrix and data analysis plan to be previously agreed with the client during the inception report phase. We intend to measure the real change within the stakeholders’ and beneficiaries' perspectives on the problematic and risks, as well as in the way solutions have been proposed and decisions made.

We also have a sound expertise in delivering formal and informal adult learning based training packages and methodologies including on-line and in-course modalities, in particular for the Red Cross Movement, governments, NGO, ILO Training Centre, research institutes and universities. We are particularly focus on DRR, Local development, Disaster Management, Emergency response, Road Safety, Gender, Health, leadership, logistics and fleet management. We fully understand that E-learning has proved to be the best approach for nowadays training programs. Professionals and staff across the globe are able to acquire important skills while sitting in a board room, or by having seminars, which are conducted for employees of the same or the different organizations under one roof. The schools which use E-learning technologies are a step ahead of those which still have the traditional approach towards learning.
